2. Services

Coral Springs Tech provides managed IT services, Microsoft 365 administration, cloud migrations, and cybersecurity solutions (“Services”).
Specific deliverables, pricing, and timelines will be set out in written proposals, statements of work, or service agreements.

3. Use of Website & Content

  • You may browse and share site content for personal or internal business use only.
  • You may not copy, resell, reverse-engineer, or exploit any site content or code without written permission.
  • Unauthorized attempts to access our systems or data are strictly prohibited.

4. Client Responsibilities

When you hire us for IT support, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate contact and billing information.
  • Grant necessary system access and promptly supply requested information.
  • Use the Services in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

5. Payment & Billing

  • Unless otherwise stated in a written agreement, invoices are due on the invoice date.
  • Late payments may incur a 1.5% monthly finance charge or the maximum allowed by law.
  • We may suspend or terminate Services for non-payment after reasonable notice.

6. Confidentiality & Data Security

Both parties agree to keep each other’s confidential information secure and use it only to perform obligations under these Terms.
We maintain commercially reasonable safeguards to protect client data but cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Warranties & Disclaimers

  • Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without express or implied warranties, including fitness for a particular purpose.
  • While we strive for 99.9% uptime and accuracy, we do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free service.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Coral Springs Tech and its employees are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Services or website.
Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the total fees paid by you for the Services giving rise to the claim.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate a service agreement with written notice as stated in the applicable contract.
We may suspend or terminate site access or Services immediately if you violate these Terms or applicable law.

10. Third-Party Tools & Links

We may reference or integrate third-party products or links.
We are not responsible for their content, security, or availability.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Broward County, Florida.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.
The “Effective Date” reflects the most recent version.
Continued use of the site or Services after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
